Terms of Use (End User License Agreement - EULA) for Mud Runner: 4x4 Off-Road Game

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using "Mud Runner: 4x4 Off-Road Game" from the Apple Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Game.

2. License

S4U grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on any Apple device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Store Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchases

• a. The Game may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription features that remove advertisements or unlock additional content.
• b. Payments will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase.
• c. Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• d. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of the Game or its content without prior written permission.

5. Termination

S4U reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Game is at your sole risk. The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

S4U shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

S4U reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
